Rock Cats Baseball Fest at Porter and Chester

Come out for the Rock Cats Fan Fest on Saturday, August 22 at Porter and Chester in Rocky Hill for an afternoon of fun! The event will kick off at 11 A.M. and last until 4 P.M.

Rock Cats players and mascots will be on hand from 11 A.M.-1 P.M. The players will host an instructional baseball workshop at 11:30 A.M.

Fans will also have the opportunity to challenge their skills in several games. Think you have the stuff to top a Rock Cats' fastball? Test your arm against one of the players in a speed pitch contest and if you have a faster fastball than the player, then you will earn an honorary professional baseball contract. Fans can also compete against each other in a Home Run Derby tournament.

The afternoon will have games, rides, activities, food and giveaways for fans of all ages. Come on down to Porter and Chester for a fun-filled family day. All fans in attendance will receive a ticket to a future Rock Cats game.

Fans may head out to the ballpark following the event and watch the Rock Cats take on the Reading Phillies at 7:05 P.M.
