HOME SWEET HOME: The Red Wings have won 6 in a row at Frontier Field for their longest home winning streak since a 6-gamer April 29-May 12, 2009.

WINNING: The Red Wings posted back-to-back wins for the first time since their season-high 4-game winning streak May 3-5.

HIGH FIVE: Jeff Manship worked a season-high 5.0 innings in his 3rd start, picking up his first win as a starter since June 3, 2010 vs. Norfolk (Orioles)...he tossed a 4-hit shutout in the 9-0 victory.

BIG BEN: Ben Revere has hit safely in 8 of his last 9 games, batting .436 (17-for-39) in that time to raise his average to .330 from .255...he struck out for the first time in 9 games.

WELCOME TO THE WINGS: Matt Maloney made his first appearance with the Wings since being designated for assignment by the Twins following their May 9 game...Maloney allowed an unearned run in 1.0 inning of relief...Lester Oliveros made his debut for the Wings since being promoted from Double-A New Britain, tossing 3.0 scoreless innings for the save.

LESTER IS MORE: Lester Oliveros has tossed 14.2 consecutive scoreless innings, including 11.2 with Double-A New Britain.

BASEBALL MONTH IN ROCHESTER: $122 was raised in tonight's Baseball Month in Rochester Raffle... the month-to-date total is now $5,312.

THE END: Matt Carson went 0-for-3 with 3 strikeouts to snap his 10-game hitting streak.

EJECT BUTTON: Bats manager David bell was ejected by home plate umpire Dave Soucy in the top of the 8th inning.
