Roberts, Youngman, Denny Named Grizzlies Management Team

West Valley City, Utah - Utah Grizzlies CEO Kevin Bruder announced today that Jill Roberts, Jared Youngman and Adrian Denny will be the management team running the Grizzlies day-to-day operations.

"Jill, Jared and Adrian have almost 30 years of combined experience working with each other, the Grizzlies and the E-Center," said Bruder. "We are excited to have such a cohesive and committed team running the day-to-day business of our hockey club."

Roberts, 34, will serve as the team's Vice President of Business Operations/CFO. She will continue to be the team's controller and oversee the administration of the hockey operations department along with Diamond Creations, which is the catering/concessions company inside the E-Center. Jill joined the Grizzlies and the Elmore Sports Group in 1997 and lives in the Salt Lake suburb of West Jordan with her husband Stuart and three children: Jack, Nick and Emma. She is a graduate of Weber State University.

Youngman, 31, who rejoined the Grizzlies April 13 from the Iowa Events Center, will serve as Vice President. Along with overseeing ticket sales, he will also run the team's community relations department. Jared started with the Grizzlies in 1999 and was the team's Director of Ticket Sales when he left for Des Moines in October of 2007. In 2006-2007 under his supervision, the Grizzlies saw their biggest year-to-year ticket sales increase in team history. He joined the Grizzlies as an intern and has also served as an Account Executive and Director of Community Relations. He lives in Layton with his wife Kristie, son Cooper and dogs Moki and Jade.

"The three of us along with our entire staff will continue to have our main focus being selling tickets for the Grizzlies; while doing anything possible to support Head Coach Kevin Colley in winning hockey games and bringing the Kelly Cup to Utah," said Youngman.

Denny, 27, has been named the team's Vice President of Communications and Broadcasting and will still serve as the team's play-by-play broadcaster. He will continue to oversee the team's marketing and advertising efforts, media relations, broadcasting and website: www.utahgrizzlies.com. The University of Utah graduate joined the Grizzlies as a group sales intern in 2002 and enters his fifth season as the "Voice of the Grizzlies" and seventh year as a member of the Grizzlies Radio broadcast team. The Holladay, Utah resident was named to the television broadcast team for the 2009 ECHL All-Star Game, which was broadcast on NHL Network and NHL Center Ice.
