
RoadRunners Set For Pre-Season Games

PHOENIX, Ariz. - The Phoenix RoadRunners of the ECHL, a proud affiliate of the Phoenix Coyotes and the San Antonio Rampage, will open their two-game pre-season schedule at 7:05 p.m. Thursday against the Las Vegas Wranglers at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas.
The RoadRunners will then host Las Vegas in a pre-season game at 7:15 p.m. Friday at the Alltel Ice Den in North Scottsdale. General Admission tickets are available for $5 dollars and can be purchased by calling (602) 462-GOAL, or by visiting the Alltel Ice Den Box Office. RoadRunners' season ticket holders will be admitted to the game free of charge.
In a separate note, defenseman Brent Henley has been released from his try-out agreement with the Bridgeport Sound Tigers of the American Hockey League and has joined the RoadRunners training camp roster. Henley will be available for both pre-season contests. The RoadRunners training camp roster currently stands at 34 players.
Individual game tickets for the 2006-07 regular season are currently on sale and can be purchased at the US Airways Center Box Office and at all Ticketmaster outlets including Ticketmaster.com.
Opening Night 2006 at US Airways Center will be on Friday, Oct. 20 when the RoadRunners welcome the Utah Grizzlies at 7:11PM for the first game of an opening weekend three-game series. Information on season tickets, half-season packages, and flex plans are available by calling (602) 462-GOAL.
