
Road Warriors Rework Roster on Sunday

Greenville, SC - The Greenville Road Warriors, proud ECHL affiliate of the New York Rangers and the AHL's Hartford Wolf Pack, today announced forwards Kyle Jean and Michael St. Croix have been added to the team's Training Camp Roster. In addition, Keith Buehler, Philipe Hudon, Patrick MacGregor and Ryan Hill have been released.
Jean, 24, played 41 AHL games with Hartford last season and registered four points (2g, 2a) with 29 penalty minutes. He also spent 24 regular-season contests with Greenville and an additional 15 playoff games. During the Road Warriors run to the Eastern Conference Finals last season, Jean earned 12 points (7g, 5a) including a triple overtime game-winning goal against Kalamazoo in Game 5 of the first round on April 26, 2014.
A native of Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, Jean began his professional career during the 2012-13 season with the AHL's Connecticut Whale, where he produced 23 points (9g, 14a) in 73 games. Previously, the 6'4, 203-pound winger played two seasons at Lake Superior State University from 2010-2012.
St. Croix, 21, spent the majority of last season with Greenville and finished third on the team in assists (31) and fourth in points (48) over 53 games. The second-year pro also played 13 games in the AHL with Hartford in 2013-14. Prior to turning pro, the Winnipeg, Manitoba native spent five years in the WHL with the Edmonton Oil Kings from 2008-2013. In 280 career games, he notched 320 points (128g, 192a), good for 1.14 points per game. St. Croix was drafted in the fourth round (#106 overall) by the New York Rangers in the 2011 NHL Draft.
