
Gladiators to Host Road Warriors at the Ice Forum

DULUTH, Ga. - Two nights after dropping their first preseason exhibition game to the South Carolina Stingrays, 2-1, the Gladiators will host the Greenville Road Warriors at their official practice facilities, the Duluth Ice Forum. Greenville travels to Duluth a night after falling short in their comeback bid against the Stingrays, 4-3, at the Carolina Ice Palace.
General admission will also be a minimum $5 donation at the door. All donations will support the youth hockey development program at the Ice Forum. Parking is free at the Ice Forum, but spots are limited. If the lots are full, additional free parking is available at the Georgia Federal Credit Union and the office park complex adjacent to the Forum.
Concession stands will be open to purchase snacks and drinks, and fans will have a chance to buy Gladiators merchandise throughout the night. Those who have pre-purchased 2014-15 Gladiators ticket packages will also have a chance to pick up their tickets at specially marked tables in the lobby.
With the team's 11th season in the books, the Gladiators are set to return for their 2014-15 campaign at the Arena at Gwinnett Center with the team's Home Opener set for October 24th at 7:35 p.m. against the Wheeling Nailers. The Gladiators are members of the ECHL, the nation's premier "AA" hockey league, and are affiliated with the Arizona Coyotes of the NHL. All home games are played at the 11,355-seat Arena at Gwinnett Center, located just off I-85 on Sugarloaf Parkway in Duluth - where parking is always free.
