INDIANAPOLIS- The Evansville IceMen, Presented by Coors Light, fired 30 shots at the Indy Fuel net, but could not score as they lost by a final of 3-0 in their preseason finale at the Farigrounds Coliseum

The Fuel found the back of the net early. Garrett Klotz scored on a rebound to put Indy up 1-0. Later in the first, Klarc Wilson scored to give the Fuel a 2-0 lead after one period.
