
Riversharks Walk off with 4-3 Victory

Juan Francia hit a walk-off, two-run single in the bottom of the 14th as the Camden Riversharks won in thrilling fashion over the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs by the final score of 4-3. Camden extends their season-long winning streak to seven games.
Brian Barton gave the Blue Crabs the lead in the top half of the 14th with an RBI single to make it 3-2, but Jason Waddell couldn't hold the lead in the home half of the 14th.
Southern Maryland got on the board first in the top of the 1st courtesy of back-to-back RBI doubles by Ben Harrison and Kody Kirkland to give the Blue Crabs a 2-0 lead.
Kirkland was 2-for-5 with the RBI double on the game.
Camden cut the lead in half in the bottom of the 4th after Brian Burgamy brought home Pedro Feliz with an RBI groundout.
Toby Hall tied up the ballgame in the bottom of the 9th against closer Jim Ed Warden with a two-out, RBI single to score Danny Richar.
