Rivermen Auction off Authentic Game-Worn Jerseys on eBay

Peoria, Ill. (April 25, 2005) â Director of Merchandise Angie Sammons announced today that the team will auction off its ECHL authentic game-worn team jerseys, both home and road, beginning at 8:00 p.m. CT on Wednesday, April 27 on eBay.
There are 48 jerseys up for auction, and they may be found on eBay by typing "Peoria Rivermen Jerseys" into the Category Search at eBay.com. Bidding on each jersey begins at $200 and will conclude on Friday, May 6 at 8:00 p.m. CT. All bidders must have an eBay account. Fans may also click the eBay logo on the right side of the front page of the Rivermen Web site, www.rivermen.net.
All jerseys are professional weight and retain original lettering, numbers, patches and a fight strap. Each will come with a certificate of authenticity.
