RiverKings trade defenseman Peter Robertson to Oklahoma City

SOUTHAVEN --- The Memphis RiverKings completed another trade today as the team traded veteran defenseman Peter Robertson to the Oklahoma City Blazers for future considerations.

Robertson played the last two seasons with the RiverKings after being acquired in a January, 2005 trade with Topeka. In 87 games with Memphis, the eighth year d-man scored 11 goals and had 56 assists.

In being traded to the Blazers, Robertson returns to a team that he played with for four seasons from 2000 to 2004.

The RiverKings also announced the trade of forward Paul Mcbrien to the Lubbock Cotton Kings for future considerations on Thursday.
