
RiverKings Sign Netminder

Mississippi RiverKings News Release
Southaven, Miss. - The Mississippi RiverKings have signed goaltender Jeff Rose to a contract. Terms and conditions were not released.
Rose is well traveled already in his rookie season having had stints in Fayetteville, Pensacola and Brooklyn (FHL). In 15 combined games, the Suffolk University product has a 5-7-1 record with a 86.0 save percentage and a 4.11 goals against average.
The RiverKings will hit the road next weekend with games against the Pensacola Ice Flyers and Mississippi Surge on Saturday and Sunday nights. Saturday night has a 7:05 puck drop with a 3:05 start time for Sunday's matinee matchup in Biloxi. Both games can be heard on Sports 56.
The 'Kings return home on Tuesday, February 28 to take on the Huntsville Havoc at 10:05am for the 10th annual Face Off Field Trip. Be sure to get your tickets in advance for this exciting event.
