THE MATCH UP
This will be the second of three meetings this season between the RiverKings and Killer Bees and the first of two at the Dodge Arena in Hidalgo, TX. Memphis won the earlier match-up 5-1 on January 22 at the DeSoto Civic Center. Rio Grande Valley is coming off a 5-1 home win over Austin last night in which they outshot the Ice Bats 57-26. The Bees are currently in third place in the Southeast Division and are tied with Amarillo for the fourth and final playoff position in the Southern Conference. After a 5-4 loss in overtime at Fort Worth last night, the RiverKings will be looking to snap their eight game winless streak tonight.
