
Riverhounds Face Oklahoma City Energy FC at Pribil Stadium

PITTSBURGH- The Pittsburgh Riverhounds look to extend their winning streak to 3 games as they travel west on Saturday, July 12 to meet the expansion Oklahoma City Energy FC for an 8:00PM EST match at Pribil Stadium.
It will be the first and only meeting of the season between the two teams.
The Riverhounds hope to keep their slim playoff hopes alive as they chase Oklahoma City,who is holding onto the last playoff spot. The Energy FC is four points ahead of the Hounds, with two games in hand.
The Riverhounds (3-9-5) are coming off of their first USL PRO home win of the season as they topped the Rochester Rhinos 2-0 on July 4th. The Hounds were paced by Alfonso Motagalvan and Andrew Marshall who both notched their first goals of the season in front of a sellout crowd at Highmark Stadium.
Marshall, Motagalvan, and Mike Green were all named to the USL PRO team of the week. Green posted two goals in a 2-1 road victory over the Dayton Dutch Lions on July 2nd.
The Riverhounds will also receive reinforcements from the Houston Dynamo, as Anthony Arena, Jason Johnson, and Michael Lisch all return from the Hounds MLS affiliate.
The Energy FC (5-7-3) extended its unbeaten streak to six games with a 2-0 win over Sacramento Republic FC at Pribil Stadium. Oklahoma CIty is 3-0-3 overall during its current six-game unbeaten streak, with all three victories coming at Pribil Stadium.
The Riverhounds return to Highmark Stadium to host the Charlotte Eagles on July 17th at 7:00PM EST. It's a promotional giveaway night with presenting sponsor Highmark providing Riverhounds ballcaps to all fans in attendance.
