LOVES PARK, Ill. - Sunday's game between the Rockford RiverHawks and the visiting Southern Illinois Miners has been postponed because of field conditions.
The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader Thursday at Southern Illinois. The Miners have not announced a starting time.

The RiverHawks visit Evansville and Southern Illinois for the next six days. The RiverHawks will be at home at 6:05 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 26 for the opener of a two-game homestand against the Traverse City Beach Bums. On Feldco Family Night, kids get to run the bases following the game. The Family Four Pack - four tickets, dogs and soft drinks - is available for $40.
The RiverHawks are members of the Frontier League, a 12-team independent professional baseball league in its 15th season.
