ROCKFORD, Ill. - The series finale between the Mid-Missouri Mavericks and the Rockford RiverHawks has been postponed due to rain.
The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader on August 28 in Columbia, Mo. That day kicks off the final road series for the RiverHawks before returning home for six games to finish the regular season.
The âHawks lose a home game as they will be the visiting team for the makeup game on August 28.
Tickets for the rain-out game are redeemable for any upcoming RiverHawks' home game.
The RiverHawks are the defending champions of the Frontier League, a 12-team independent professional baseball league in its 13th season. All games are broadcasted live on WRHL-FM, 102.3 - the Hub.
