GREENSBORO, N.C. - The New York Yankees have announced the following roster moves, affecting the Charleston RiverDogs' outfielders before Thursday's game:

-   OF Matt McPhearson - Placed on Charleston 7-Day Disabled List with a right knee laceration

-   OF Ricardo Ferreira - Reinstated from Tampa 7-Day Disabled List, Transferred Tampa to Charleston

Ferreira, 23, returns to Charleston for the first time since the 2016 season when he appeared in 44 games with the RiverDogs, batting .244 (62-for-254) with three home runs, 17 RBI, and 26 stolen bases. He was placed on the 60-day disabled list and missed the entirety of the 2017 season due to injury. The Dominican speedster has stolen 76 career bags in 147 minor league games.
