Elmira N.Y. - The Elmira River Sharks have signed 6'8" forward Jesse Swanson. The Sharks acquired Swanson in exchange for Michael Falanga who returned back to his previous team, the Danbury Hat Tricks. Jesse Swanson most recently played in the GMHL for the Edson Eagles. In just 21 games the 6'8" forward tallied 46 goals and 37 assists for 86 points. The Big River, Saskatwan native will look to bring his scoring knack to First Arena this upcoming season.
The Sharks now have two 6'8" skaters that will be lurking in the waters of First Arena this upcoming season, they are looking to use that size and physicality to be a force in the FPHL this upcoming season.
