WEST SACRAMENTO, Calif. - With the River Cats' sixth-straight division crown in the crosshairs, Sacramento returns to Raley Field for a four-game homestand beginning July 20, during which fans will enjoy exciting promotions including Peace, Love & Baseball, Swing for the Cure and Navy Day. The River Cats will play host to the Tucson Padres-Triple-A Affiliate of the San Diego Padres-from July 20-23.
Peace, Love & Baseball - Friday, July 20 (7:05 p.m.)
Every summer is the "Summer of Love" at Raley Field. Bring your flower power to the ballpark for a far out night of baseball and some groovy music. The River Cats are offering a ticket package that includes four Delta tickets and four Peace, Love & Baseball t-shirts for just $75. The Peace, Love & Baseball ticket package is available for purchase at rivercats.com/specialoffers.
Swing for the Cure - Saturday, July 21 (7:05 p.m.)
River Cats players will be wearing special pink jerseys as they help raise money for breast cancer awareness and research with an in-game autographed jersey auction benefitting The Sacramento Valley Affiliate of the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. Fans are encouraged to "Pink Out the Park" by wearing pink to the ballpark for this special promotion. The night will be capped off with special Sutter Health Postgame Fireworks.
Navy Day - Sunday, July 22 (1:05 p.m.)
Come celebrate the conclusion of Sacramento's Fleet Week on Navy Day at Raley Field. Naval simulators and a Navy band will be on Ballpark Drive prior to the game, and the River Cats will honor the men and women who serve during an on-field enlistment and re-enlistment ceremony. It will also be a U.S. Bank Sunday Funday that will include a pregame autograph session and kids running the bases after the game.
9 Innings at Noon Businessperson Special presented by YP.com - Monday, July 23 (12:05 p.m.)
Play hooky from work at Raley Field with a 9 Innings at Noon Businessperson Special. The ticket package is just $18 and includes a Delta ticket and Raley Field meal voucher good for a junior hot dog, peanuts and a 12 oz. soda. Remember, business is better with baseball.
The homestand will also include the following recurring promotions: Toyota Family Value Fridays with $1 hot dogs and $1 desserts, Saturday Sutter Health Postgame Fireworks, U.S. Bank Sunday Funday with pregame autographs and the opportunity for kids to run the bases postgame and Seniors Eat Free Monday presented by Cache Creek Casino Resort.
