Tonight's Game-- The RedHawks seek to sweep the Storm Chasers in their final regular season contest at Werner Park at 7:05 p.m.

Last Night-- The RedHawks used a five-run eighth inning as well as five RBIs from Brandon Barnes to beat the Storm Chasers 10-5. Down 5-4 heading into the eighth, the RedHawks erupted for five runs against Omaha reliever Tommy Hottovy (2-2). Matt Dominguez put the RedHawks ahead with a two-run double to center field. Travis Buck followed with an RBI single, and Landon Powell and Barnes provided back-to-back two-out RBI doubles. Fernando Martinez added a solo homer in the ninth for good measure. The game went back and forth for the first seven innings. Omaha struck first with a run in the third, but Barnes put the RedHawks in front with a grand slam in the fifth. The Storm Chasers responded with two in the bottom of the inning. They tied it in the sixth, and took the lead on a sac fly from Irving Falu in the seventh. Adalberto Flores (6-1) earned the victory after recording the final two outs of the seventh.

Today's Probable Pitchers-- Armando Galarraga looks to bounce back after his toughest outing with the RedHawks...On Saturday against New Orleans, Galarraga labored through five innings...He allowed five runs, all of which scored in the second inning...He also issued five walks, which matched his total from his last five starts combined...Overall Galarraga has been a nice addition to the rotation, allowing two runs or less in five of seven starts...Opponents are hitting .234 overall and just .148 with runners in scoring position...He turned in a quality start against the Storm Chasers on June 26, allowing two runs and five hits over six innings, but was saddled with the loss...22-year-old Jake Odorizzi is having a breakout season for Omaha...He is perfect in 10 appearances with the Storm Chasers and combining his numbers with Double-A Northwest Arkansas, he is 10-2 with a 2.95 ERA in 2012...Odorizzi has allowed two earned runs or less in eight of 10 games with Omaha, including five quality starts...Over his last two starts he's allowed two runs over 11 innings with 10 strikeouts...Odorizzi was the starting pitcher for the U.S. in the XM All-Star Futures Game on July 8...He was drafted 32nd overall by the Brewers in 2008 and traded to Kansas City as part of a package for Zack Greinke in December, 2010.

New Heights-- With yesterday's win, the RedHawks are a season-best 17 games over .500. It's the most they've been above .500 since the final day of the 2005 regular season (80-63).

Road Warriors-- With last night's win, the RedHawks are 26-24 away from OKC and are two games over .500 on the road for the first time since they were 7-5 on May 4. They have tied a season-best four-game road winning streak and have won 9 their last 12 road games.

Sweep Seekers-- The RedHawks have one road sweep this season: April 17-20 in Nashville. Before that they had not swept a road series since July 20-23, 2009 in New Orleans.

Offensive Onslaught-- After getting shutout Saturday night, the RedHawks have combined for 45 runs and 63 hits the last four games. During the current series in Omaha, the RedHawks are hitting an astounding .395 (51-for-129). They hit .239 through their first eight games against Omaha.

Homer Happy-- With two more homers yesterday, the RedHawks have left the yard 15 times over seven games at Werner Park. They rank second in the PCL with 112 dingers.

The Barnyard-- Brandon Barnes is having a monster series, going 8-for-14 with five extra-base hits, including two homers, and seven RBIs. He is also a perfect 8-for-8 when putting the ball in play. During his current six-game hitting streak, Barnes is hitting .519 (14-for-27) with five multi-hit games.

Shuck-tacular-- J.B. Shuck is on a season-best nine-game hitting streak, going 13-for-28 (.464). What makes it more impressive is that he's only started five times during the streak and has had two or less at-bats four times.

Who's Your Daddy?-- In the four games since Jimmy Paredes returned from paternity leave, he has gone 9-for-19 (.474) with six RBIs. He went just 2-for-27 against Omaha until this series, but is 7-for-16 the last three games.

The Extra Bat-- The RedHawks are 10-12 in games using a DH. Collectively, team DH's this season have hit .265 with six homers and 20 RBIs.

Turn it Around-- Since an ugly outing in which he allowed six runs without recording an out on June 30, Juan Abreu has allowed one unearned over his last 8.1 IP. He's scattered four hits (.138 BAA) and struck out 12.

Against the Storm Chasers-- The RedHawks won the last three against Omaha, but are 4-7 against them this season...Their previous trip to Werner Park in May resulted in the only series in which the RedHawks have been swept this year, including back-to-back losses on walk-off homers, May 5-6...The pitching staff has posted a 5.90 ERA...Anthony Seratelli has five home runs and 10 RBIs...David Lough has collected 15 RBIs over 10 games...Including his stats with New Orleans, Matt Dominguez has hit .375 with 14 RBIs over 10 games against the Storm Chasers...They will meet one more time after this series, July 28-31 in Oklahoma City.
