ROANOKE, Va., Dec. 16 - Clay Tucker had a huge fourth quarter scoring 19 of his game-high 33 points to lead the Arkansas RimRockers to a 124-110 victory over the Roanoke Dazzle at the Roanoke Civic Center.

For the second game in a row, the game entered the final stanza neck and neck with the score being 90-89 in favor of the Dazzle. But the RimRockers used Tucker's clutch shooting and the Dazzle's turnover prowess to open the game up and get the win.

The game was actually tied at the seven minute mark of the fourth quarter, 102-102 when Arkansas reeled off 13 straight points thanks to five Dazzle turnovers to put the game out of reach.

RimRockers Coach Joe Harge was pleased with his team's second half performance and getting the win saying, "We played a good second half. They're such a good team, Roanoke really is. I'm just glad we're getting them early."

Four other RimRocker players joined Tucker in double figures with Donta Smith having his second big game in a row with 22 points, Kareem Reid had 20 points, Brian Jackson with 16 points and Shawnson Johnson with 10.

Roanoke also got its second big game in a row from Will Bynum, who led four Dazzle players in double figures with 26 points. Isiah Victor and Peter Ramos both had double-doubles with Victor putting up 23 points with 11 rebounds and Ramos having 16 points to go with 12 rebounds. Anthony Grundy contributed 20 points to the Dazzle cause.

Dazzle Coach Kent Davison was disappointed with his team's late game collapse saying "The game was right there. Then we have 5 straight turnovers. We just have some young guys that have to learn the value of this ball."

With the win, the first place RimRockers improve to 7-2 on the season and will remain in Roanoke tomorrow afternoon where they face these same Dazzle with the game tipping off at 1:00 p.m. The loss drops the Dazzle to 3-7 on the season.
