GREENVILLE, S.C., March 30 - The Arkansas RimRockers of the NBA Development League have signed guard Brandon Freeman and center Jack Marlow.
Freeman, 6-2, 175, was drafted by the RimRockers in the eighth round (60th overall) of the 2005 D-League Draft, but the University of Arkansas-Little Rock product was released during training camp on November 17, 2005. He replaces guard Brandon Dean, who was released due to injury.
Marlow, 6-10, 330, played collegiately at Oklahoma State and Fresno State and takes the roster spot of James Lang, who earned a GATORADE Call-Up to the Toronto Raptors on March 27.
Both Marlow and Freeman are expected to be in uniform when the RimRockers (23-21) are host to Tulsa (19-23) today at Alltel Arena. Tipoff is 7:30 p.m. CT.
