
Riley Sawchuk Named McSweeney's Player of the Month for January

Edmonton Oil KingsÃÂ centre Riley SawchukÃÂ has been named the McSweeney's Player of the Month forÃÂ January.
The 20-year-old native of Prince Albert, SK registered eight goals and eight assists for 16 points in 12 games played to officially kick-off the second half of the 2019-20 campaign.
Sawchuk currently leads all Oil Kings in goals (23), assists (42), points (65), and is tied for the team lead in plus/minus with a rating of +22.
The Oil Kings embark on a busy weekend when they play host to the Regina Pats here at Rogers Place on Friday, February 14 at 7:00 PM MT. They welcome the Medicine Hat Tigers to town the next night, Saturday, February 15 at 7:00 PM then return to the ice on Family Day, Monday, February 17 when they take on the Lethbridge Hurricanes at 2:00 PM.
