Today the Saskatchewan Roughrider Football Club announced the signing of import wide receiver Carl Thomas Jr.. Details of the contract were not disclosed.

Thomas Jr. spent the past four seasons at the University of Central Arkansas. The 21-year old set a team record with 52 catches and led the team with 709 yards and five touchdowns. The All-American was named to the 1st All-Conference team in his senior year and the 2nd All-Conference team in his junior season.
