RHP Andrew Carraway activated from temporary inactive list to make start today

JACKSON, TENN. (JUNE 1, 2011 - The Seattle Mariners have announced the following roster moves that affects the Jackson Generals roster. RHP Andrew Carraway has been activated from the temporary inactive list and RHP Jandy sena has been transferred to Low-A Clinton.

Sena, 21 made two scoreless relief outings during the Mobile series for Jackson, covering 6.1 innings. Sena returns to Low-A Clinton where he appeared in 7 games this season, totaling a record of 2-2, with a 4.35 ERA. Sena was drafted by the Mariners in the 23rd round of the 2010 draft out of Marion Military Institute in Florida. Last season he began his pro career with Peoria also appearing with Everett on Sept. 30 at Vancouver (5.0,3,1,1,1,6,WP

Carraway, 24 makes his 5th start of the season this morning. Carraway has won 2 of his last 3 starts. He has made 7 relief outings this season as well. Carraway is 2-0, with a 2.78 ERA at Pringles Park this season.

The Generals roster stands with 24 active players and 7 disabled players.
