
Revs travel to Columbus on Saturday

Foxborough, Mass. - The New England Revolution (7-7-10, 31 pts.) will train twice this week in preparation for the second game of a home-and-home series with the Columbus Crew (5-12-8, 23 pts.) at Crew Stadium in Columbus, Ohio, on Saturday, Sept. 2 at 7:30 p.m. ET.
Also, on Sunday, Sept. 3, the New England Reserve squad will face the Columbus Reserves at 10 a.m. at the Crew's practice facility in Columbus.
The Revs' training sessions on Wednesday and Thursday are scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. and will take place at Payson Park Field, formerly the Wrentham State School. Media planning to cover practice are required to notify the Revolution Communications office on the day prior to any session they wish to attend.
Saturday's match against the Crew kicks off at 7:30 p.m., and will be broadcast live on WB56. The game will also be carried by WRKO 680 AM (English) and WJDA 1300 AM (Spanish).

Thursday, Aug. 31: Marshall Leonard, Michael Parkhurst, James Riley, and Khano Smith will conduct a clinic for the Dana Farber Cancer Institute at the Dane Farber Field House at Gillette Stadium, Foxborough, Mass. (4-6 p.m.)
