New England Revolution News Release
The New England Revolution (2-2-1, 7 pts.) returns to MLS action this Saturday, May 13, at 7 p.m. when the team hosts Club Deportivo Chivas USA (1-2-1, 4 pts.) at Gillette Stadium. The match is just the third in the series history between the two teams.
The game will be televised live on Fox Sports Net, and on radio on WRKO 680 AM (English) and WJDA 1300 AM (Spanish). The match can also be heard live via streaming audio at www.revolutionsoccer.net.
Saturday is Budweiser Hispanic Heritage Night at Gillette Stadium, celebrating Hispanic culture and music, cultural foods and entertainment will be featured as part of the night's festivities. Famed Mexican and Latin American recording artist Veronica Robles, well known as "La Mera, Mera," will perform the National Anthem prior to the game and a 10-piece mariachi band will also perform during pregame festivities. The Mexican folkloric dance troupe Xucipilli Danza y Cultura will also be on hand to perform during pregame activities, and will also perform a half-time show.
In conjunction with the game, two Chivas USA stars - Paco Palencia, Juan Pablo Garcia - will host a postgame meet and greet with selected fans.
