Spokane Chiefs News Release
Spokane, Wash. - The Spokane Chiefs are proud to share that the recently completed Restaurant Workers Appreciation Week presented by The Odom Corporation raised $3,880 for Big Table Spokane.
The promotion aimed at helping local restaurant and hospitality workers affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Established in Spokane in 2009, Big Table provides triage crisis care and ongoing coaching and support for restaurant and hospitality workers in need. In 2020, they worked individually with almost 600 people specifically in our community.
Funds were raised via bids made in an online memorabilia auction, special gear purchased at the Chiefs' Online Team Store and direct donations from The Odom Corporation and Chiefs fans.
Fans who missed out but are still interested in helping can learn more about Big Table at big-table.com.
Thank you to everyone who participated in Restaurant Workers Appreciation Week!
