By the Numbers - 300: Zach Borenstein scored two runs last night, the first coming in the second inning on Carlos Rivero's two-run homer. The run scored by Z-Bo gave him 300 for his career.

Have a Night, Carlos: Carlos Rivero totaled four RBI in the victory last night to set a new season high, after previously having three separate three-RBI games this year. The four runs batted in marked the 11th four-plus RBI game of his career and first since June 17, 2014, when he was with Pawtucket playing at Rochester. Both Chris Herrmann and Dan Rohlfing were suited up for the Red Wings that day.

Keep on 'Kochin': Matt Koch was his fourth straight decision with last night's victory, and he improved to 3-0 with a 1.80 ERA in three road starts on the circuit. This is the third four-plus game winning streak of his career, with the others coming from May 18-June 12, 2013, with Savannah (four games) and April 9-May 23, 2014, with St. Lucie when he began the season 6-0 through his first eight starts.
