
Renegades Radio Show Premiers April 4th from Buffalo Wild Wings on KKAM

LUBBOCK, TX: March 29, 2007 - The inaugural Lubbock Renegades of the arenafootball2 announce that the first weekly installment of the Renegades Call-In Show with Head Coach Rodney Blackshear premiers Wednesday, April 4th live from noon - 1 p.m. at Buffalo Wild Wings on Sports Radio 1340 AM.
The show will run in conjunction with "The Café," which is a local weekday sports talk program on KKAM Sports Radio 1340 AM. "The Café" airs from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m., and the Renegades Call-In Show will occupy the noon - 1 p.m. portion of "The Café." The show will run each Wednesday during the season and will be co-hosted by "The Café" host Mark Finkner and by Renegades broadcaster Chris Due.
Fans of the Renegades are encouraged to tune in or join the program in person at Buffalo Wild Wings, located south of 82nd St. on University. The program will feature Renegades players and coaches, and will profile storylines around the af2 and the Arena Football League. Head Coach Rodney Blackshear will also be on the show to talk and interact with fans and callers about the Renegades and other happenings around the af2.
The Renegades kick off their inaugural campaign April 6th on the road in Amarillo. Their home opener is scheduled for a 3 PM kickoff on Sunday, April 15th at City Bank Coliseum against the Arkansas Twisters.
