
Reneau, Wolin Earn Top Spots in Run Forrest Run 5k

CHARLESTON, SC - Jason Reneau and Natalie Wolin captured the top spots in the male and female divisions in the 9th annual Bubba Gump Shrimp Run Forrest Run 5K at Joseph P. Riley, Jr. Park on Saturday.
Reneau's time of 17:21 led all the male competitors and Poe finished up with a time of 19:27. Also honored after the race were Dan Rodell, whose time of 19:34 won him the award of Top Master Male, and Sheldon Fowler, who won that spot among females, finishing at 20:45.
The event included 460 participants and the finishers were hailed at home plate by RiverDogs coaches and players.
The race was sponsored not only by Bubba Gump Shrimp, but also Prime Chiropractic, Foot Store, TrySports, Jack's Cosmic Dogs, Wellness First and Lowcountry Plastic Surgery.
