Ontario, CA - The Ontario Reign, proud American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate of the Los Angeles Kings of the National Hockey League (NHL), take on the San Jose Barracuda today at 3:00 at Citizens Business Bank Arena on Star Wars Day with the 501st Legion benefitting the Make A Wish Foundation. Today is the fourth of 12 meetings between the two teams this season.

The Last Time We Met:
The Reign hold a 2-1-0-0 head-to-head record against the Barracuda this season and picked up a 2-1 victory in the last meeting on November 11 at Citizens Business Bank Arena. Reign forwards Sean Backman (one goal, two assists) and Justin Auger (three assists) lead the series with three points each.
Kempe Rises on Home Ice:
Forward Adrian Kempe is riding an eight-game home point streak (six goals, six assists) heading into today's tilt and picked up two assists last night in the Reign's 3-1 win over Bakersfield.
Backman Hits 300:
Reign forward Sean Backman appeared in this 300th AHL contest last night against the Bakersfield Condors. The White Plains, New York, native has 127 points (52 goals, 75 assists) over his "AAA" career.
Gravel Helping Out:
Defenseman Kevin Gravel enters tonight's game on a three-game assist streak (four assists).
#31 Feeling 18:
Goaltender Peter Budaj earned his 13th win of the season last night making 18 saves against the Condors. The win is the third time in the last six games that Budaj allowed only one goal and made 18 saves for a win.
