
Reggy Makes Appearance in Promo-Packed Series

RICHMOND, VA-The Richmond Braves announced today the promotions for their upcoming homestand, a four-game series with the Indianapolis Indians
The Braves welcome the Indians to The Diamond for the first time this season on Thursday at 7:00 p.m. Every Thursday in the 2003 season is Twizzlers Terrific Thursday. Any fan who brings a Twizzlers wrapper to The Diamond Box Office will receive two tickets for the price of one.
Friday night, May 2, at 7:00 p.m. the Braves again take on Indianapolis. Mark your calendars for this game as beloved mascot Reggy will be making his first appearance of the season at The Diamond. Also, the first 2,500 fans will receive an R-Braves Tomahawk courtesy of Termidor, Western Pest Control, and Q94.
The series continues through the weekend with a 4:00 p.m. game- time on Saturday, May 3. Saturday the first 4,000 adults (13 & older) through the gates will receive a Braves Umbrella courtesy of Pepsi, Subway, and WTVR 6.
The Braves will conclude the series with Indianapolis on Sunday, May 4 at 2:00 p.m. This Sunday is Youth League Day. The first 2,500 kids (12 & under) in attendance on Sunday will receive a bat bag courtesy of the Tobacco Use Control Project and Lite 98. All kids in uniform will receive a free General Admission ticket. Sunday's game will also feature a Tribute to the Egg. The Braves are truly "eggstatic" about this promotion, which will feature great egg related giveaways. Remember, every Sunday in the 2003 season is Country Crock Family Funday. Each family showing a Country Crock proof of purchase at The Diamond Box Office will receive up to four GA tickets free.
