Reed Seckel Traded to Missouri

INDIANAPOLIS - The Indy Fuel announced late Monday that they have traded forward Reed Seckel to the Missouri Mavericks, in exchange for future considerations. The rookie forward appeared in 15 games for the Fuel in 2015-16, recording one assist, two penalty minutes and a -3 rating.

The 26-year-old native of Melvin, Mich. tallied his first point of the season last Saturday in Indy's 3-2 loss to the Fort Wayne Komets. Prior to signing with the Fuel in the offseason, Seckel played in 10 games with the Toledo Walleye, showing one assist and eight penalty minutes. A product of Northern Michigan University, Seckel racked up 87 points (41g, 46a) in 148 career games with the Wildcats.
