FARGO, N.D. - The American Association of Independent Professional Baseball and Pointstreak announced RedHawks pitcher

Will Solomon as the AA Pitcher of the Week, for the week ending August 18, 2018.Solomon threw a three-hit shutout against the

Kansas City T-Bones on Wednesday for his ninth win of the season. In his third season with Fargo-Moorhead, Solomon is 9-6 this year with a 4.05 ERA and 49 strikeouts in 102 innings pitched. Prior to the joining the RedHawks, Will played college baseball for Kennesaw State University and was drafted by the San Diego Padres. Solomon signed with the RedHawks in 2016.

Solomon is scheduled to make his next start on Tuesday, August 21st against the Sioux City Explorers at Newman Outdoor Field.

First pitch is scheduled for 7:02pm.
