Redenbach Named Oakley/CHL Player of the Week

PRESCOTT VALLEY, Ariz. - The Arizona Sundogs, in conjunction with the Central Hockey League, today announced that forward Tyler Redenbach has been named Oakley/CHL Player of the Week for the period ending Nov. 25.

Redenbach helped the Sundogs to a 3-0-0 sweep of the visiting Austin Ice Bats with three goals, five assists and a plus-3 rating last week. The Regina, Saskatchewan native owns a league-high 14-game point streak, having tallied at least a point in every game he has played for Arizona this season.

In those 14 games, the 23-year-old has gathered nine multiple-point outings. A third-round pick of the Phoenix Coyotes in the 2003 NHL Entry Draft, Redenbach leads the league in assists (23) and ranks third in the CHL in points (29).
