GAME NOTES:

¨THE LEAD: The Mud Hens scored 7 runs in the 6th inning as they turned a 5-2 deficit into a four-run lead and cruised to a 9-5 win over the Wings finale and the series (3-1)... The Red Wings, after sweeping the season series from Toledo a year ago (8-0), went just 3-5 against their West division rival in 2013.

¨Trevor Plouffe, playing his second game on rehab with the Red Wings, launched a two-run homer in the third inning to tie the game at two. It was Plouffefs 47th career home run as a Red Wing -- 2nd most all-time in the Twins era... An inning later he delivered an RBI single to right field on an 0-2 pitch... He finished the game 2-for-4 with 3 RBI after being pulled before the 7th inning... Detroitfs OF Austin Jackson, also in his second rehab game, played just five innings in centerfield going 1-for-3 with an RBI before being removed from the game.

¨Chris Colabello continues to crush Triple-A pitching as he went 2-for-4 with a double and an RBI... Hefs now 5-for-9 with two RBI in his first two games back since his third promotion to the Major League in 19 days.

¨Doug Bernier entered the game for Plouffe in the 7th inning and grounded out to short in his only at-bat ending his hit streak at 9 games... It was his longest hitting streak since the 2005 season with Tulsa. Over the streak, he hit .367 (11-for-30) with a triple, 3 doubles, 7 runs and 6 RBI.
