Today's Game

Tonight, the Buffalo Bisons face the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders in a doubleheader to conclude four-game series from PNC Field (Game 1: 5:35 p.m.). The Herd won the first two games of the series, outscoring the RailRiders 14-5. This eight-game roadtrip for the Bisons also includes a four-game stop in Pawtucket, June 13-16.

vs. RailRiders

The Bisons are 3-1 against the RailRiders this season. The clubs have already squared off in a doubleheader this year as the teams split a pair on April 14 in Buffalo.

Today's Starters

RHP CHAD JENKINS will make his second start with the Bisons. He made his Herd debut last Wednesday and allowed five runs in five innings of work in a loss to Lehigh Valley. RHP TODD REDMOND is also making his second start with the Herd and will see his first action with the team since being optioned by Toronto on Saturday.

Road and Division Warriors

The Bisons are 20-12 on the road this season, tied with Pawtucket for the best road records in the International League. Included in that record for Buffalo is a 12-3 record in road divisional games. The Herd has four-game sweeps in Syracuse and Lehigh Valley this season.

Roster Move

RHP THAD WEBER has been activated to the Bisons after being optioned by Toronto on Sunday. The veteran has posted a 3.52 ERA in three games and 7.2 innings with the Bisons this season. RHP BOBBY KORECKY has been placed on the disabled list.

Mauro Hits it Far-O

INF MAURO GOMEZ clubbed his International League-leading 16th home run of the season on Sunday. He is tied with teammate INF LUIS JIMENEZ for 3rd in the IL with a .590 slugging pct. Nine of his 16 homers have come in the 14 games since May 26.

Return of the Mack

INF MIKE McCOY is batting .414 (12-29) since May 28. Against the RailRiders this season, McCoy has seven hits in nine at-bats, including four doubles. He enters tonight's game on a five-game hit streak over which he has averaged .563 (9-16).

Blue Jays Update

The Blue Jays (27-36) lost the first of a three-game series to the Chicago White Sox last night, 10-6. Jays OF JOSE BAUTISTA had a big night, going 2-5 with two home runs and five RBI. Tonight, RHP CHIEN-MING WANG makes his Blue Jays debut with an 8:10 p.m. first pitch.
