CORPUS CHRISTI - Your Corpus Christi Hooks have won nine of their last 12 to stay on the heels of first-place Frisco in the Texas League South.

This Friday through Monday they'll need your support at Whataburger Field as the Midland RockHounds come calling. Here's a look at it all, date-by-date:

Friday, May 21, RockHounds @ Hooks, 7:05 p.m. (gates open 5:30) -

>Enjoy Friday Fireworks postgame, brought to you by Bud Light.

>Got Milk? The annual Got Milk? Tour stops at the ballpark; pick up free samples out front. See if you can achieve the best milk moustache!

>Sign up at Guest Services to compete in the CPL Retail Energy Flip the Switch Challenge. If your postgame dance is judged best by the crowd, you'll win a $200 VISA gift card.

>Whataburger Pancake Breakfast ticket sales continue on the main concourse near the Whataburger store.

>Matt Hicks, Voice of the Hooks, leads the 7th-inning stretch.

>Visit the prostate cancer awareness table; pick up information from Ed Randall's Bat for the Cure program.

Saturday, May 22, RockHounds @ Hooks, 7:05 p.m. (gates open 5:30) -

>The first 2,000 fans receive a Hooks pinstripe jersey, sponsored by CITGO.

>It's Day 2 of the annual Got Milk? Tour at Whataburger Field.

>Grande Grand Prize Game postgame, proceeds benefit the Boys & Girls Club of Corpus Christi; toss balls from the stands at $1 per try.

>The Hooks wear special red, white and blue jerseys in a show of patriotism and to celebrate the 100th anniversary of scouting. The Boy Scouts of South Texas conduct a silent auction for the autographed tops; proceeds benefit BSST.

>Sectional competition for the Aquafina Pitch, Hit & Run begins at 10 a.m. The field is comprised of age-group champions (7-14) from the local league level and some contestants could advance to Houston's Minute Maid Park for the Astros Team Championship round June 8. Competitors are traveling from many points of the compass: all over the Coastal Bend and places like Brownsville, Edinburg, McAllen, Eagle Pass and Stockdale.

Sunday, May 23, RockHounds @ Hooks, 2:05 p.m. (gates open 12:30) -

>All fans receive a Hooks 2010 team photo from the Corpus Christi Caller-Times.

>Hooks players autograph team photos between 12:45 and 1:15 under the stadium concourse in the Right Field plaza near Hook, Line & Sinker.

>Rusty's Kids Club members are admitted free (general admission) upon presentation of their RKC card and can pick up a free Driscoll Children's Hospital Kid Zone wristband at Hook, Line & Sinker or in the Kid Zone.

>At 1:30, Tippi Toes students, youth sports participants and team members from the Corpus Christi Police Athletic League (CCPAL) enjoy a warning track parade.

>H-E-B Kids' Day, children run the bases postgame.

>Come December performs pregame in Kieschnick's Korner as part of Faith & Family Night.

>The John Paul II TAPPS 4A state championship team is honored on-field in a pregame ceremony.
