
Red Deer Rebels Acquire Scheidl From Vancouver

RED DEER, AB - Jesse Wallin, Vice-President of Hockey Operations/Head Coach of the Red Deer Rebels Hockey Club, announced today that they have acquired 17-year old forward Lane Scheidl from the Vancouver Giants in exchange for 17-year old forward Connor Redmond.
Scheidl was a 3rd round selection, 63rd overall, in the 2007 Western Hockey League Bantam Draft and is expected to be in the lineup tonight as the Rebels host the Spokane Chiefs 7:30PM at the ENMAX Centrium.
