
Red Bulls-D.C. United June 24 Match at Red Bull Arena Sold Out

HARRISON, NJ (June 22, 2012) - The New York Red Bulls announced today that their match against D.C. United on Sunday, June 24 at Red Bull Arena is sold out. The Red Bulls enter the contest in third place in the Eastern Conference with a record of 8-3-4 and 27 points in 15 games, just three points behind first place United (9-4-3, 30 pts., 16 matches played). A New York win would put the Red Bulls in a tie with their long-time rival. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:00 PM ET and the match will be televised live nationally on NBC Sports Network.
Fans are encouraged to arrive to Red Bull Arena early and enjoy the stadium's Interactive Zone. Additionally, the first 5,000 fans 12 and under to enter the Arena will receive a New York Red Bulls soccer ball. Gates will open at 5:30 PM.

Tickets are on sale for the remaining Red Bulls home matches this season, starting with New York's upcoming three match homestand from July 15-21. On Sunday, July 15 at 4:00 PM ET, the Red Bulls host Seattle Sounders FC and then the Chicago Fire on July 18 in a Wednesday matinee at 1:00 PM ET. The homestand concludes when New York squares off against the rival Philadelphia Union on Saturday, July 21 at 2:30 PM ET.
