Red Bulls Announce Partnership With Gig Consulting

SECAUCUS, NJ (SEPTEMBER 15, 2008) - Red Bull New York announced today that it has entered into a partnership with Global Interface Consulting Group (GIG), a U.S.-based sports [consulting/customer service] firm, to assist in preparation for the opening of Red Bull Arena. Red Bull Arena, currently under construction in Harrison, New Jersey, will be the preeminent soccer-specific facility in North America when it is scheduled to open in 2009. GIG is a Florida-based company that specializes in developing and implementing customer service brand integration strategies with venues/events globally.

"Our goal with hiring GIG was to create the best possible customer service experience at Red Bull Arena." said Erik Stover, Red Bull New York Managing Director. "Over the next year GIG will work to identify our current strengths and weaknesses and then implement a plan that will deliver a truly unique in stadium experience."

As Red Bull Arena prepares to open, GIG will be working closely with RBNY on service strategies, including guest assessment, focus groups and fan surveys. In addition, GIG will be involved in the creation and implementation of a unifying operational training program to ensure that the Red Bull brand is accurately represented across all levels of operations.
