Reading's Labelle Suspended One Game, Fined

PRINCETON, N.J. - The ECHL announced that Reading right wing Olivier Labelle is suspended for one game and fined an undisclosed amount as a result of his actions in ECHL Game #106 at Johnstown on Nov. 11.

Labelle was assessed a major penalty and a game misconduct for checking from behind at 15:49 of the third period.

Labelle is automatically suspended for one game and fined under Rule #44.5 - Checking From Behind.

Under the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the ECHL and the Professional Hockey Players' Association, player fines collected by the ECHL are given to the PHPA for its ECHL Player's Hardship Fund.

Labelle will miss Reading's game against Trenton (Nov. 13).
