
RBNY Announces Partnership With Formation Sports & Media Marketing

SECAUCUS, NJ (July 3, 2008) - Red Bull New York announced today that it has entered into a partnership with Formation Sports & Media Marketing (FSMM), a U.S.-based sports marketing firm, to handle commercial partnership sales for Red Bull Park - Built by Makita. Red Bull Park, currently under construction in Harrison, New Jersey, will be the pre-eminent soccer specific facility in North America when it opens in 2009. Formation has been retained to assist the Red Bulls in their unique philosophy of securing four cornerstone partners for the stadium.
"Formation has an experienced team that has worked within the sports facility market -- and is specifically focused in soccer," said Andrew Lafiosca, Red Bull New York Vice President, Marketing and Sales. "Having a company with Formation's level of experience will be important in securing key corporate partnerships for Red Bull Park."

Formation Sports & Media Marketing is a newly-created division of Formation Group PLC, a public company listed on the London Stock Exchange. FSMM is managed by industry veterans Eddie Salcedo and Josh Keller. The company is a full-service marketing support firm to leading brands, clubs, and soccer organizations. FSMM focuses on three main areas to assist clients - brand and club consultancy, corporate sponsorship sales and soccer facility management services.
