It's finally time!! The Rawhide open their defense of their Northern Division Championship with the first 7 games of 2015! Here's the lowdown on the week ahead:
The fun starts on Thursday, April 9th against the High Desert Mavericks; game time is 7:00, but be sure to arrive early to beat the rush, sample some great ballpark food, and watch the pre-game festivities as the team is introduced! This game will sell out, so get your tickets while they last!
Friday, April 10th is a Fun-Filled Friday with Hitz104.9; start your weekend off right with some baseball at 7:00!
Saturday, April 11th marks the triumphant return of All-American Saturdays!! You'll be able to purchase a boot mug, and then use it to get half-priced beer and soda on Saturdays for the rest of the season! Past & present military members will receive a half-priced ticket by showing their military ID at the ticket window. Plus, the team will again wear their patriotic red, white, and blue uniforms...we encourage you to do the same!
The fun continues on Sunday, April 12th, with Bark in the Park at 1:00! Bring your best furry canine friend to the park with a $3 Pooch Pass (with all proceeds benefiting Ruffles Rescue and Tulare County Animal Control). Enjoy the day with some wagging tails, and help support two great causes! It'll also be the first Family Fun Sunday, presented by Carl's Jr. and KJUG Country! All Kids' Club members will be able to run the bases after the game.
The homestand rolls into Monday, April 13th, when the rival San Jose Giants come to town. All Monday home games will again be Make a Difference Mondays, presented by Fresno Pacific University. Bring a donation item worth $5 or more (we're looking for either school supplies or sports equipment), and get a free ticket to the game! Donations will benefit the Pro-Youth HEART after-school organization. First pitch is at 6:00.
Tuesday, April 14th is another 6:00 start, and it's also the first Two-For Tuesday of 2015, presented by Chevron-Texaco. Pick up a 2-for-1 voucher at your local participating Chevron-Texaco station and redeem it at the ticket window to get 2 tickets for the price of 1!
The opening homestand concludes on Wednesday, April 15th with the 2nd annual Craft Beer Night, sponsored by Tioga-Sequoia. Multiple fine brews will be on show, and you'll be able to purchase drink tickets for $4 each, or an all-inclusive VIP ticket for $20. Pita Kabob Gastropub will be presenting special bottle tastings during each of the first 7 frames, so don't miss out!
