
Rawhide Hold Cancer Survivor Essay Contest

Visalia Rawhide News Release
VISALIA--- The Visalia Rawhide wants fans that have survived a personal experience with breast cancer to share their stories.
Fans who submit their stories in 300 words or less to the Rawhide have a chance to win a fun girls' day followed by Girls' Night Out at the Ballpark on May 26^th .
In addition, those in attendance will get to see their Visalia Rawhide take the field in customized pink jerseys for the first time. These pink jerseys will be the featured items in a silent auction to be held during the game.
All proceeds from the auction will go to the Kaweah Delta Breast Center as part of the teams renewed initiative to the community and our fans. There will also be booths throughout the ballpark showcasing items and services targeted to women of all ages.
