
Rattlers Host Week Long Food Drive this Thanksgiving Season

MESA, Ariz. - The Arizona Rattlers team up with local Sandbar Mexican Grills in Chandler, Desert Ridge and Peoria to host a week-long food drive to benefit St. Vincent de Paul Charity of Phoenix starting Wednesday, November 16 running through Thanksgiving Eve, November 23.
Patrons who donate to the drive will receive a coupon for 10% off their entire bill at the Sandbar Mexican Grill location when they drop off non-perishable food items.
St. Vincent de Paul Charity of Phoenix is an international non-profit organization who has been serving Arizona families since 1946. They are dedicated to serving the poor and providing others with the opportunity to serve the community. Programs include services for the homeless, medical and dental care for the working poor, charity dining rooms, thrift stores, a transitional housing shelter and general assistance for individuals in need.
The Arizona Rattlers continue to work with various non-profit organizations throughout the Valley donating their time to help community members in need as part of their community outreach campaign during the team's off-season.
At the end of the week-long food drive, the Arizona Rattlers will continue to serve the community by hosting a holiday meal and serving dinner to the homeless, poor and needy families at St. Vincent de Paul from 4:00 p.m until 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, November 23.
