MESA, Ariz. - The Arizona Rattlers announce the signing of OL SIR VINCENT ROGERS and OL RAMON CHINYOUNG.

Rogers participated in the Miami Dolphins training camp in 2009 and was reinstated with the team for part of 2010.

"I am excited and feel like this is a great opportunity for me to get back to playing football," said Rogers. "I am looking forward to getting back on the field and winning games. There's no better way to do it than playing in the Arena Football League."

Rogers attended Houston University, garnering 2005 All-Conference USA Third Team honors opening holes for a 1,000-yard rusher and protecting a 3,000-yard passer. Rogers was part of an offensive front which helped the offense record more than 5,000 yards of total offense (1,997 rushing, 3,268 passing). As a true freshman in 2004, Rogers played in nine games, including the last eight as a starter at right tackle, placing him on the Conference USA All-Freshman Team.

Chinyoung was a four-year starter at center for Southern University. The offensive lineman was a two-time First Team All-SWAC player, and a First Team All-Louisiana player in 2009. Chinyoung participated in the HBCU Bowl and the Winn Dixie Grid Iron Classic all-star games after his collegiate tenure, starting in both contests and serving as the team captain in the HBCU Bowl.

"I feel like this is a great opportunity," said Chinyoung. "My offensive line coach in college always told me that he felt that Arena Football would be the best league for me to further my development. It's a blessing and I am looking forward to coming in and making big things happen."
