
Rapids to Face First MLS Side of the Year, Take on Orlando City SC in Scrimmage

After taking on three Mexican sides while in Querétaro, Mexico for the first portion of the Rapids' preseason, Colorado is set to face their first of three more opponents before the 2023 season officially kicks off: Orlando City SC.
The Eastern Conference opponent has earned victories against two preseason opponents thus far, Minnesota United and Florida International University. The Rapids will face Orlando once in the regular season on June 10 before the international break.
Following the scrimmage with the Lions, the Rapids will take on two more American sides while training in Querétaro. Colorado is set to face USL Championship team, Miami FC, on February 15 before going against 2022 MLS Cup runner up, Philadelphia Union on February 18.
