Rapids Reveal List Of Official 2010 World Cup

OMMERCE CITY, Colo. (Tuesday, June 1, 2010) - The Colorado Rapids announced today the club's list of Official Viewing Locations for the 2010 World Cup.

With the world's biggest event only a few short weeks away, the Rapids have identified several area bars and restaurants who have pledged to show every match of the World Cup live for fans to enjoy the passion and pageantry of the 2010 World Cup in a soccer-friendly setting.

The Rapids Street Team will also be on-hand at these locations giving out prizes over the duration of the month.

The Rapids are also making it easy for fans of the world's game in Colorado to follow the 2010 World Cup by handing out free 2 foot x 3 foot schedule and scorecard posters, which also list all the below Official Viewing Locations, at the club's home game this Saturday, June 5 against the Columbus Crew at 7 p.m. at Dick's Sporting Goods Park.
