KITCHENER, ON - Hockey is Back! It feels great to finally have the Kitchener Rangers back on the ice at the Aud!

To top it all off, the Rangers Reach Community Impact 50/50 Raffle supporting KidsAbility awarded another huge Jackpot at the game! Even with a reduced capacity crowd at 50% for opening night, Rangers fans and community supporters managed to inflate our jackpot to a Rangers' game record $33,485.00! This meant awesome news for KidsAbility. It also meant great news for winning ticket holders Glenn Sider and Terry Kempel of Kitchener!

Supporting a great local organization

Upon presenting Glen and Terry with their cheque for the Jackpot, they took time for a chat and a photo with staff from the KidsAbility Foundation. Both men expressed the value of KidsAbility to our community making it an easy decision to support the raffle. Lisa Talbot, Executive Director of KidsAbility Foundation expressed her gratitude for the campaign and the winners saying; "We want to congratulate Glenn and Terry, the winners of the 50/50 draw and say thank you for supporting not only our Kitchener Rangers and Rangers Reach, but the many kids and families that will benefit from the generosity of our community."

KidsAbility supports children and youth with communication, social, physical or behavioural challenges to achieve goals important to them. Over 9,000 children and youth benefit from a combination of virtual and in-person services at KidsAbility
